The VK970 is pre‐calibrated with a K-factor of 5.6 (80.6 metric), ensuring accurate system design without the complications of equivalent length adjustments—an essential benefit in retrofit projects where original system data may be lacking.
Available exclusively through Viking SupplyNet, the cULus Listed assembly is offered in two hose lengths—48 in. and 60 in.—with a variety of finish options including brass, chrome, white polyester, black polyester and an electroless nickel PTFE (ENT) coating, as well as multiple temperature ratings of 155°F, 175°F (built to order), 200°F, and 286°F (built to order). Its innovative design integrates a fully welded flexible hose assembly, featuring a 2 in. UL Listed bend radius capable of supporting up to four bends without the need for additional tools. Furthermore, the VK970 is packaged in boxes of five units, each complete with recessed escutcheons to ensure product integrity during shipment.
