Model VFM Foam Makers

Low Expansion Synthetic Fluorine Free Foam (SFFF) systems are comprised of various FM Approved and/or UL Listed components to establish a complete package for flammable liquid protection. Included in the package are foam makers, which are in-line fixed foam aspirating devices used in low expansion foam discharge applications to protect tank farm dikes and other low-level discharge applications.

Foam makers are FM Approved with the Viking USP 3% concentrate (Hydrocarbons only) at an application rate of .1 gpm/sq ft., and with Viking ARK concentrate (Polar solvents & Hydrocarbons) at the following application rates:

• Hydrocarbons & Acetone .2 gpm/sq ft.
• Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) .25 gpm/sq ft.
• Ethanol .16 gpm/sq ft.
